I had an amazing time for my bridal appointment at the boutique with Kelsey! :) She made me feel like the most sexy and incredible woman on the planet, which had not been the case unfortunately in the first bridal shop I tried downtown.Totally different vibe at this shop, lots of different sizes available to try on, lots of different type of dresses and materials, one of a kind designs and plenty of opportunities to customize your dress exactly the way YOU WANT IT - you are working directly with the designer which is a big benefit if you want to get down this road! :)I honestly could only recommend to try this bridal shop, it is a very different experience from what the other shops available in Downton Vancouver provide, you will DEFINITELY have a good time and who knows... it might end up being exactly what you needed!Also definitely worth mentioning that the dresses are produced locally!Thank you Kathryn and Kelsey!

Oh my gosh, where do I even start. Kathryn and Kelsey were nothing short of a dream to work with. After visiting four different bridal boutiques, and finding nothing that was what I wanted I decided to explore having a dress made. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted - including wanting it to be pink. I was concerned about cost, but Kathryn quickly put my mind at ease. Every step of the way, from initial designs, to finishing touches Kathryn and Kelsey were mindful of my budget.They never made me feel silly for my thoughts and input, and always encouraged me to speak up if something wasn't perfectly as I envisioned it. They ultimately brought my exact vision to life to complete perfection. I originally wanted a second dress that was easier to move around in, but after initial sketches were done I decided to switch to a jump suit. They supported my decision and absolutely nailed the jumpsuit.I truly can not say enough good things about these ladies. I felt like a beautiful princess on my wedding day. I can't imagine having gone to anyone else. Save yourself the headache, and compromise of buying off the rack and go to Kathryn and Kelsey to get EXACTLY what you want. You're only going to do it once right?

Kathryn and Kelsey are phenomenal! Their creativity, talent, and professionalism make them the obvious choice for anyone wanting a fabulous dress for their special day. It's very important to me that I support ethical businesses with sustainable practices and I love how everything is made in Vancouver and they have policies that prioritize protecting our environment when it comes to the fabrics they use. Their dresses even come wrapped in reusable cloth bags rather than plastic! Awesome!

Working with Kathryn and Kelsey this past year has been an incredible experience. I've been in love with the Roho dress since I saw it online in 2019, to get to wear it for my wedding in July was a dream come true! They are an amazing team who helped me decide on final details and custom fit the dress perfectly, I could not believe the quality and craftsmanship of the dress, and all at a price comparable to large dept stores. Choosing Kathryn Bass Bridal was, without a doubt, the easiest and best choice I made for my wedding!

Kathryn's dresses have the highest quality, they are beautiful. I love the dress that Kathryn put together for me. It is perfect for my body type and the suggestions that they had catered exactly to me. I enjoyed the consultation process with both Kathryn and Kelsey, as well as the fittings throughout the months before the wedding. I had shopped around at some of the nicest stores in Gastown and thought that the quality of material was superior with Kathryn. Her prices beat anything else in the area for custom fitting. I can't wait to put on my dress for the wedding day will definitely the share the pictures with you !!

I can not say enough about my experience with Kathryn Bass Bridal. Kelsey and Kathryn were a dream and incredibly kind and understanding. I emailed them on a panicked bride whim when I decided 4 months out from my wedding I wasn't in love with the dress I had purchased elsewhere. They calmed my fears and saved the day creating me the most stunning dress and veil that were exactly what I was looking for. From our first meeting and through our fittings it felt like I was hanging out with two friends. Their eye to detail was impeccable and their options outside of the basic white and ivory staples you see around town were inspiring. I felt so special on my day and I am forever thankful for what they did to help me and the incredible dress they created!
