They’ve earned my repeat business! Excellent selection and great pricing. Counter staff was knowledgeable and helpful, went out of their way to help show less expensive options and leave the choice to me without pressure to go with the expensive ones. The yard guys are awesome too! Helped me choose my stones, lay them out and had them loaded by the time I was done inside. Awesome service all the way around!

Lots of rock, brick, pavers, etc. This place is a little disorganized - a large yard with no directory of where things are, inventory piled everywhere with no labeling, no prices and staff too busy to help. The yard was dangerous with loaders driving among customers wandering around. Parking was limited.

I used to love this location when it was Burnco. Since this place was bought out by site one it's a joke. Whenever you call you get put on hold for 10+ minutes. Then you get disconnected and you call back and they do the same thing again. This location needs to get it together. I don't know what happened when siteone bought them but now I don't even like going there and I feel as though I'm wasting my money whether it's spending my money there or just wasting my time on hold. Not to mention the whole message says seasoned staff, while everyone is new and doesn't even know what you're talking about anymore. Highly dissatisfied since this place was bought out.

Needed some landscaping boulders for a long weekend gardening project and we arrive at SiteOne within an hour of them closing. We were met with friendly service at the counter inside and were directed to where we could find the boulders. A gentleman scooted over on a forklift and was quick to offer assistance. Excellent service from this friendly gentleman Steven! Thank you Steven. We will be back!

Great place to get road base even if you don’t own a truck. They can sell you bags that you fill yourself and carry home in the car. Its great! Cant beat the price of filling your own bags. 10 bag is about a half yard. I was out shoveling and one of the works came by, he showed me a trick to speed up my efficiency using a plastic conduit. Super friendly, will be back for more stuff in the future

Was my first time today; and I already can't wait to do a return visit.Professional, clean shop inside. Nice displays outside, well priced tools and materials in.Just came to pickup some washed sand for kids sandbox and landscape fabric.Short wait due to covid restrictions on customers inside office/store, little to no wait in the yard.I operate machines for a living, and their operator for the articulated loader was on point. No mess, slow dump into the truck bed.I give ya a 5/5 boys n gals.Thank you, kindly.

Great experience. By the time we backed our truck in we had three people out to help us load bricks. All very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
