It was essentially as a result of his organized, kind and genuine response that we were able to maintain our composure. His prime concern was that we were not injured and that we remained safe. His likable nature and the ease and sincerity in how he treated us as customers ensured we remained calm, while he followed up with the OPP and then drove us to the Collision Report Centre. He answered all of our questions in a way that indicated his knowledge of protocol and with tremendous patience. He even worked to arrange a rental car to meet us at the Collision Centre. His sincere quality of service is not only an example to other towing companies, but to companies in general. We would recommend his service in a heartbeat.

If you're not in a hurry, and want to spend a lot of you money, then call Metro. Worst towing company I've dealt with. Keep asking me for tools...are you not the tow company?
