I only bring my truck and always recommend others to deal with Underground Performance. When I used to work at Riverside Dodge, I would recommend my customers to these guys over the Service Department. Always makes their customers happy and reassures of great quality work, deals with Northern Communities and would help in anyway that's for sure. Jeremia lent me his jacked up truck when my truck broke down until they got it back up and running perfect. Great customer service.

*A review to my review. Their shoddy workmanship puts people in very real danger. Brakes failing on vehicles that just come out of the shop. Smh STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!Earlier this week I left a message. Called a few times to no answer and left another message. No one has called me back. Ill be going elsewhere for service. Best of luck to those who get though. Seems the trucks driving around town advertise, but maybe they dont need the work to pay for them.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Makes the stay while you vehicle is being serviced, enjoyable. Very great work!!!

Jer and his team understand uniquely the needs of people, especially northerners, who travel to Prince Albert to get business done. Sometimes that involves vehicle work and Underground Performance is willing to work with you through phone, text, FB Messenger, email, etc. to get you the pricing estimates and vehicle appointment convenient for you when you are in the area. The prices are very competitive and the quality of product is excellent. I’ve had my tires now for over a year and have never had a problem with them. The recommended product for my truck lasted the lifetime of the cost I’ve put into it. It’s almost time for new tires and I will definitely be stopping in at UP for my next set.

I got my wheels done by 25th jan 2022 , it found a chip in my new rims right after they installed it and i did already mentioned it to them . They said they will figure out somethg , i paid all money and getting a defective product is not a happy thing !I tried to call them and didnt get anything fixed yet .

Underground is definitely the place to go for wheels, tires, accessories and even repairs! It took me months to choose what I wanted with their huge selection!

The prices and service are great, I go there for all my parts and work on my vehicle. Everything from tires to lights, If they do not have the parts or accessories in stock they find them for a good price and are quick to order and install. I recommend this place for all your vehicle needs and wants.
