I got in contact with the DNA Lab to get a legal paternal test done.The staff was extremely helpful connecting me to the closest lab location and even assisted me with finding a lab location that was closest to my mother who lives outside of the lower-mainland. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and patience of the staff as I had a few issues trying to get one of my parents in for the test. Once the samples were received, the lab provided me with the results in a very timely manner. I was very surprised of the ease of the process and the speed of the process. The DNA lab truly helped relieve a lot of stress of this entire process, for which I am greatly appreciative for.

The process was easy, the lady was nice and friendly. The only hard part was waiting so impatiently for the results. Not your fault but it felt like the clock just stopped!Thank you for confirming I have a son!!

I had a great experience with TheDNALAB. Jo-An is a great person, always helpful and very informative. The entire process was quite seamless and I had my DNA test done pretty quick. They even accommodated me by coming to my home to perform the DNA test. The nice lady that took my sample was kind, chatty and very knowledgeable. Very good staff, helpful and great with kids

DNA Lab was fast and efficient in getting my private paternity test and results completed. They were able to make accommodations to have the DNA kits mailed to both sides of Canada, which really helped out well. The instructions were very simple to follow, and their testing methods are well above and up to par with other DNA testing standards. They were easy to talk to, and were open to explaining how things work. I definitely recommend using them. Aside from the review, they helped me discover my biological father through a DNA test after having searched for him for 2 years. The results are very accurate.
