I wish I could rate with no stars I had a dermal piercing there, and my experience was the worst. First of all he made me pay before I even was satisfied with the result, second he was in a rush because he had another appointment. Then while he was doingthe Piercing the jewerely fell, and he did not disinfect it he took it out a couple of times obviously I couldn't tell him I didn't like it because the waiver I signed. He didn't take the time to give me the aftercare instructions, and when he told me he was done it was still bleeding and he just gave me a paper towel to clean it (Paper towel that was just sitting there exposed to dirt). Very bad service. I don't recommend it to anybody.

He did my helix piercing! It was wonderful he was kind-hearted and was very quick and it was so much cheaper than the other place I was gonna go to that day just down the road! Definitely thinking about coming back for my nose piercing!

Went in today to get a septum piercing I’ve wanted for sooooo long. The owner (I’m so sorry, I forgot your name) was friendly and personable. The piercing process was clean, easy, and not painful in the slightest. 10/10 recommend. Plus, the atmosphere was inviting, clean, and cozy. Anyways, thank you for your time!

I went here for my fourth tattoo, and honestly, this was my best tattoo experience so far! Charlie is an amazing artist. He made this tattoo better than I even imagined. (pic is from a week after getting the tattoo)

I got my belly button pierced on News Years Day here. The piercing process was good. The man was professional and the place was clean. There was no pain involved. I had no swelling for the first 5 days.However, the swelling started and the piercing started to sink into my skin. I called for some suggestions on what to do and described how far it was sinking. The top ball was almost flush with my skin. I was told that it was normal and when the swelling went down I'd be fine. If I was really concerned, I could put a longer bar in, but it wasn't necessary. I was really concerned with how far it had sunk, so I opted to find a longer bar. They didn't offer any longer bars at their shop, I had to look elsewhere.Luckily I found another shop that did offer longer bars and went in to have to replaced. I found out from the other piercer that my piercing was done poorly. The spacing between the top and bottom ball was way too far apart and a major vein had been trapped between the jewelry. The jewelry was causing a blood flow issue. I had to have the jewelry removed and allow the piercing to heal up so I could be repierced properly. I would not suggest getting a piercing done here.

Great atmosphere and there wasnt awkward conversation like most other places. He did mine and my girlfriend's tattoos and they look great. He also did my other friends cartilage piercing while I was there everything was great service and great priced. 10/10 will go there again.

This place is awesome! Everyone here is very friendly and the environment is really cool! I’ve been tattooed by both Jenny and Chaz and have never been disappointed! They really know what they are doing and are ready and willing to answer any and all questions. I highly recommend this shop for all your future tattoos and piercings!

The shop is very clean and inviting. The artist did a wonderful job! I'm definitely going to be a returning customer.

Charles is cool I like what he's done with my tattoo. He's like not a jerk about it. The first part of my tattoo I was pushing through it but I was obvously in a lot of pain. He's actually the one that said like hey we need to work on this again later rather just letting me push through it. Today he had some sort of different machine that was easier for me to work with. I don't feel uncomfortable in his tattoo shop cause he seems like a cool guy. Some tattoo shops you feel like your going to get punched in the face if you say the wrong thing. Either that or like crazy stuff is going on around you. Everything is kept proffesional at this place nothing is weird or threatening.

I have been getting tattoos from Jenn and Charles for almost 14 years. I first got a tattoo from Jenn at a tattoo show in Nevada and since have only gotten my tattoos from Jenn or Charles. I go where they go. I have even shown my tattoos at tattoo conventions and won awards for the tattoos I have from them. Not only is the shop beautiful but the quality is out of this world. They are both great award winning artists and they do not have the typical big head attitude that so many tattoo artists have. I did have one tattoo I had to get fixed but in honesty it was my own fault. I didn't take care of it and stuck to my shirt... So I took some ink off with my skin...If you want the best you found it. Rapid City is lucky to have gotten these artist to move here and make South Dakota home.
