The staff at the centre are amazing and you can tell truly care about all of the people who come in there.I have had good experience in the group sessions and it taught me a lot about myself and gave me many tools to use and showed me how to use them. Steve and Jeff are the 2 therapist I have delt with and I would recommend them to anyone.It is a great resource to use and I'm greatful we have it. 5 stars

The therapy group I attended in the first half of summer 2018 was very helpful to me (5 stars there), and everyone was very nice. I had signed up for more group sessions...[[update: still helping me out, still 5/5 11 months later!]]

Absolutely phenomenal staff! Great programs and counseling options. I highly recommend MRC to any man of any age. Unfortunately the waiting list can be long, but once you're in they look after you very well.
