Arranged for my prescriptions to be delivered, and they told me that they only accept cash. I had the cash ready, and the delivery man had no change. I had to overpay by a significant amount because there was no change available. If you are going to expect people to pay cash and not give them other options, you should probably have change.

I have been on a medication can causes severe withdrawal symptoms if you miss a dose. I also am high risk for mental health crisis however they are very incompetent and have tried to overdose me or negligently not give me the proper medication. Nobody should use this pharmacy. I will be looking into suing

They have the legal kind of drugs and lots of snacks, candy, basic groceries and a post office in the back. Hours are good and the store is clean. Parking lot is weird but it's not the worst location.

Ok, some staff are rude, but 3 times been overcharged for items either by quantity, or items priced not honored saying code was wrong but had been in discount area with yellow store discount tag. Occasionally notice store dosent remove or fill up alot sections on shelf for weeks at a time if items are sold, does seem to do decent clear outs before larger holidays stock is approaching to make adequate space.Like available decent assortment M&M frozen foods, grocery tends be bit pricey.. juices or other exact items that shoppers sells are considerably lower as well not good assortment. Tend to never bother as everything except their chips or pop on special or bread, but crackers cookies only if reasonable. Cleaning decent assortment ok prices as well baby section average Availability acceptable pricing. Cosmetic nice variety high end, mid, low, discount prices. As well hair care Joico, Sebastian, the John Freida, Paul Mitchell, salon grades, high end, mid, low, and value as well discount availability. Suited well with store brands in many areas & rewards program.

One of the worst customer service in Rexall canada post I have no idea whether he have experience of customer service or not he looks drunk and high if you ask him a question he replies in a high and drunk mood not clear what he is saying seems like he came to me. Please look at this issue because customer experience matter. Thank you

One day me and my friends went to this store because it was cold outside. We weren't even going to buy something we were just waiting for the bus. And as we came in the alarm started ringing and we knew it was us because our friend bought her shoe and the cashier forgot to take the rage off. So the lady asked us if it was us we said yes. And one of our friend came from outside to tell us that the bus was there so we all rushed out like it was like 8 PM we needed to go home. When we went outside the bus wasn't they it was another bus that just passed. So we went back in the store. And the same lady came back with another one telling us to get out of the store like we stole something and we weren't moving because it's cold outside and they both stayed standing beside us looking at us and saying please like we were going to steal something. I'm just saying that was RACIST. Like you see a group of black people and you assume they are going to steal something like we got time to steal something at Rexall I don't even go there like if it wasn't cold I wouldn't have entered there in the first place. We are literally kids and she was looking at us like we were about to kill her or something. Kill you with what ? Bus tickets ?

2 female store associates closed the store almost 10 minutes before the closing time today and refused to let me enter. I told them it’s not 8 o’clock yet but they said it’s 8 o’clock in their computer. I explained my situation to which they turned a blind eye and told me there’s no one at the counter. Terrible pharmacy!After moving and using shoppers pharmacy forever I decided to give rexall a shot.Much to my demise the staff working there are incredibly rude, one lady in the pharmacy in particular.I called asking for a refill on my prescription, the staff argued about it but essentially ended up refilling it.I called for the pick up and to confirm it was ready to be very rudely told I told you before you don't have a prescription here GO TO SHOPPERS"I had the fax confirmation from my doctor that the prescription was sent to this specific store

Called in advance to see if the pharmacy had my medication in stock. Immediately got a yes reply. When I asked if the pharmacist was sure she again relied yes, taking no time to check if they had it in stock. Of course, when I arrived they were out. This lack of concern is quite frankly alarmingUpdate: after two additional days of the pharmacy being unable to figure out my prescription, I called asking if they finally had it sorted out as my doctors office had called me. Apparently they did, but they still hadn't bothered to dispense it. I was told 15 minutes on the phone. Arriving 40 minutes later, they hadn't even begun to fill it out. Needless to say I'll never patronize another rexall again.

I've been a customer for years and the store it self is fine how ever I can't understand why they hired Annie or how she continues to work there. Honestly the worst customer services experriences I've ever had. She is incredibly rude, nosey, and doesn't even seem to know what she's doing. She can never findmy packages and insists they aren't there when I know they are, so I end up have to to come back later when some one competant is in the post office. Also once she refused to do express post service because regular mail is cheaper even though I told her I needed the package there fast and wanted tracking on it, she just argued and said no you should use regular mail. I went to Shoppers instead and they gave me express post no questions asked. Also beware if she is on cash and you are buying any thing private because she often loudly talks about the stuff as she rings it through and asks inapropriate questions. Probably best to buy your condoms, Preperation H, tampons, etc at shoppers where they won't judge or question you.
