GREAT customer service. I have bought 2 plows and 1 salter from them so far. I have recommended them to several of my friends in the industry as well. I had 1 small issue with the salter. I emailed them and not only did my sales rep, Gord Miller reply, but also Jeffrey Price the service manager and Gregg Baizley the parts manager - all offering simple advice on how to fix the issue. I was back up and running in minutes.I am very particular on what businesses I deal with. My expectations are high. Rude salesman even he don’t know how to speak with there customers I call you guys first and last time and I will make sure I’m not recommending you to my drivers, Company should start work on there salesman before they put company in bad position!

Pretty good at getting what you need. A little under staffed in my opinion as it takes a while to hear back from them, and they are clearly busy. If your not getting what you want from a sales rep, switch to a new one....Trying to be nice and not name names on who NOT to use.

Amazing customer service, excellent prices. As a tow operator i need special equipment and so far only place that i have found that has all the things i need is commercial truck. Love my new tow light.
