I bought a used bike from here about 3 weeks ago. The employee told me if I have any problems with the bike, I should return to have it fixed.I had a small issue with the bike and returned it today. They fixed the issue within an hour and I was on my way again. Excellent service!

You go in asking if they can fix your brakes on your work bike (needs adjustments) and they tell you its gonna take 2 weeks and a Half until they do it.2 weeks, and a half, to adjust brakes.

Go in for a tuneup, get told first appointment in 3 weeks. Try to buy a simple chain to do the job myself and they have none. Never seen a bike shop like this
