Doug is amazing we called a lot of plumbing companies in town Doug from professional came in fast when our ac unit was down and temperature was over 30 they came changed the unit for us and now we have air conditioning in our office.I strongly recommend this company they do good job and fair prices and fast

Doug came out to do a quote and was very honest, explained everything and a completely trustworthy stand up guy. Had bad experiences with others trying to rip us off. This is the only place I would deal with and highly recommend this company! Very impressed and thankful! Can not say enough good things about our experience.

Great experience from initial quote to final install. I had a new furnace, AC and thermostat installed. Techs arrived on time put down drop clothes. They removed old equipment installed new furnace ac coil and outside ac unit. Very neat job. They left worksite clean and tidy. They also answered any questions I had. Communication with office is easy and prompt. Overall a great experience. Would recommend to anybody if you have work to be done put Professional on your list.

Professional Plumbing &Heating installed a new Furnace and an HRV Unit for me two years ago. I was very pleased with their work so I had them install a new Humidifer on my furnace ductwork.Terry did a great job !! He removed my old Humidifer installed the new one and cleaned up.He explained the operation of the new Humidifer to me and suggested monitoring of the humidity control.He did a furnace inspection and tune up.I will probably need a new Air Conditioner soon. I will be calling Professional plumbing & Heating to do the replacement. They are a very reliable Company and provide Great service. WeThank you.

From estimate to installation, these people were 100% professional, explained everything in detail, did a fantastic job, cleaned up completely after they were done, and are over all a 5-star company. The office staff were also top notch, and even registered our warranty for us as well as competed our rebate forms for us online. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing and heating services. Thanks again.
