It was a great experience, receptionists were polite & helpful, they were very busy but I had an appointment & was admitted within 10 minutes of checking in. There are few seats for waiting comfortably, be aware if you have any mobility issues. Technicians were very professional and efficient. I was there at the end of the day and all the staff were very cordial and professional. It's a nice atmosphere despite the very small space and it's because of the great staff..

Staff here are great and accommodating. Front desk worker Hilda was so helpful when I was booking my test. Technicians are gentle and thorough. Would def recommend this place.

Go early and you don't have to wait very long. They were very accommodating to my son with ASD. I would give 5 stars, but there were poor people who had nowhere to sit, otherwise, I would definitely come back. The technician was quick and efficient and very understanding to my son who was very scared and obviously kept fidgeting. I still don't know how they managed to get a clear picture but apparently they did....thank you!

I went to this facility for the first time last week for a mammogram and I'm so sorry I hadn't been going there all along. My usual facility had closed so I called Richmond Gardens X-Ray and Ultrasound. A very warm and friendly person (Christine) gave me an appointment for the same day. I came on time and waited no longer than 5 minutes. The test itself was performed quickly and efficiently with minimal discomfort and I got my results, complete with a report about 3 business days later. I will definitely be coming back here from now on.

If you're going to make it wait so long every time, why do you give an appointment time. I came before my appointment time when I was supposed to go back to work. It's been 40 minutes and I'm still waiting.

Very courteous, professional and well trained staff. I showed up shortly after they opened and had almost no wait time, even as a walk in patient. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone in the area who needs medical imaging services.

First to be fair the Techician was very good and caring. My wait experience was horrible. The office operation needs to improve. There was no courtesy to tell the patients that there was a delay with a particular test. Not my typical expectation by Canadian standards. It was the opposite of what I expected. Need to treat their staff better. I saw a staff standing by a window sill eating lunch. Treat your staff better. My initials are CS.
