Dayana was amazing throughout the process of moving our two dogs from Canada to Australia. It can be an overwhelming and stressful task to get everything lined up but Dayana was so organized and helpful. She prepared template docs for our vets and liaised with them when something wasn't right. Travel arrangements were also done well and communicated clearly. Highly reccommend!

Amazing service! Our family dog moved from Manila to Edmonton but the relocation company we talked to in the Philippines said that they can only take the dog until Vancouver, and couldn’t transport him all the way to Edmonton. I’m glad my cousin recommended Relopet to handle the Vancouver to Edmonton flight!Dayana was very patient with my questions and gave very detailed responses. That definitely eased my anxiety about having our 10-year old dog fly in cargo because I know he’s in caring and capable hands.There were many changes to the dog’s flight schedule from Manila but Dayana quickly made adjustments, booked a dog hotel in Vancouver upon learning of my dog’s arrival time, waited for us at the airport (which took around 2 hours as there were longer lines than usual at border control), and safely brought Odie to the airport the next morning for his flight to Edmonton.Our family is grateful that Relopet made Odie’s trip as stress-free as possible. After years of lockdowns and fear and longing, Relopet gave us the chance to be a complete family again.
