Was a pleasure to do business with. Had trouble getting a couple of documents but that wasn't on their end. I can be hard to impress but I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend them for sure if you need help quickly.

The staff at the Port Hawkesbury, NS location were very knowledgeable and courteous. Sherry went above and beyond to ensure that I received , not only the amount I needed, but also at the terms the suited my financial needs. I did initially have many questions and some hesitation, but after speaking to sherry and meeting the other staff, I felt very assured and confident in my choice, all my questions were clearly answered with great detail. I’m glad I chose easy financial and would defiantly recommend them.

It was a very swift process, Sherri had been very attentive and helpful to answer my questions. I was not expecting to get my requested amount and to actually receive it the same day. I appreciate the fact that I can repay my amount earlier without penalty. Sherri made me feel very assured she is there to work with me over the course of my agreement and provided excellent customer service.

Very helpful/friendly staff! Sherry is an absolute gem! Always able to help me when I'm stuck in a jam. One time I was admitted to the hospital (crohn's disease) was unable to work or make payments and she removed my penalties for not making payments and waited till I was back to full health before restarting payments.

I have been a client of easy financial for years. They are excellent in their customer service and make the loan process a painless one. Client satisfaction is their priority. They are always on top of things and make sure you get access to your funds in record time. Dealing with banks is always a paperwork and redtape nightmare and the interest rates now are not much better. The Port Hawkesbury Easy Financial Team in Cape Breton lead by Sherri Sampson is at the top of their game. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a financial breather to go see them to discuss available options. Dont sell yourself short because of assumptions or bad press. They are nothing short of amazing.
