Run by a nice, older Korean couple, I've been loyal to them for almost 12 years now for all sorts of clothing repairs that I have always been completely satisfied with. I may have gotten some dry cleaning done on occasion but I make it a point to continue giving this nice couple my business as I know I'll be well taken care of at a decent price and delay. The only thing I can say for the other reviewer who purchased umbrellas from them is that I can't think of any umbrella that hasn't had a quick death on my end except for the one I bought at Costco. I don't think one can blame Vic for their umbrellas breaking so quickly. Any other store would likely have sold the same umbrellas and Vic has always tried to correct any situation that I may have had with them over the years so I'm curious as to why there is no mention that this issue was brought up to them.

Thief? Asking 40$ plus tx for a zipper replacment VS the one at Metro Longueuil charging me 12$ last time? If my meeting with them would be a D&D game, Vic rolled a critfail!

Very good service. Clothes are well pressed and clean and delivery reliable. They take a little while to get to know and their service can seem brusque at first, but overall very good. I have been a very loyal customer for more than seven years.

They helped me reinforce the soles and change the size of a pair of pants, and I am very satisfied!
