I can finally understand why dealers get a bad name!!Never once have I experienced such an unenjoyable dealer transaction.Not only was the vehicle used for “please use for an employee” but the vehicle had more than one thing wrong to negotiate with a price. Went to the dealership in hopes to see the vehicle and ideally make a deal and take it off of the lot, but the vehicle had been driven around for the past 3 weeks racking up kms as well as coffee runs and animal rides.. the vehicle smelt and looked dirty huge but I could look past that. The tires were almost needing to be replaced (I’d saw within the next 3 months) on a 60thousand dollar vehicle I’d expect things to be a bit better than this. Regardless of the matter the experience with negotiation and was horrific and was quit shocking.Will never recommend anyone to attend this dealership due to the unfriendly members of their “family” disappointed to say the least.

If I could give Zero stars I would.My truck was stolen and I had Family Ford undertake the repairs on behalf of ICBC. The experience from the service department was perhaps the worst piece of service" I have ever received. They did some minor repair to the door

Recently looking for a used 8 seater Ford expedition and found one at this dealership. When we first called to talk about viewing the vehicle, after seeing it advertised online we were told the vehicle wasn't at the dealership right now because the bosses wife drives it" as we were driving through parksville

My husband and I just bought a vehicle at Family Ford Parksville, BC. Our sales guy, Woody, was the best, Joshua was sooooo great in financing and the Sales Manager, Dale, was exceptional. Love Family Ford. Even though the vehicles we purchased wasn't a Ford, we were treated like Royalty.

Could not say enough good things about my experience with Family Ford in Parksville.
