I’ve been a patient at Smiles Unlimited for many, many happy years now. The care and attention to whole mouth health shows in every detailed visit.I will continue my high recommendation anyone as I do to friends needing some TLC for their own and their children’s teeth.

My experience with Dr.Jin was 10/10. I went to him for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. He did an awesome job, was very informative and attended to all my needs even after hours. I went to him again to get the rest of my wisdom teeth out and again, a great experience. Constantly made sure I was not in any pain, talked through the procedure to get my mind off of everything. Not to mention, the staff are all extremely nice and helpful too. I can truly tell he cares about everyone he deals with and only wants the best for them!! Highly recommend.

If you have dental anxiety, this place is wonderful. My hygienist and dentist genuinely cared, explained everything, they were gentle and thorough. I was so anxious to go and they completely eased my worries❤️❤️ Highly recommend

Dr Jin! Is an excellent surgeon... he makes the atmosphere very comfortable and relaxed. He always makes sure you comfortable and not in pain. He shows so much compassion and support during the surgery!!! He’s is excellent... he’s jokes are quiet interesting, but they still make you smile :). Thank you so much, Dr Jin and your staff for the excellent job! My wisdom teeth removal surgery went great!

My 18 year old son recently had his wisdom teeth pulled by Dr Ham. We would highly recommend him. He was very professional and friendly. My son had no issues with the extraction. Thank you Dr Ham and Smiles Unlimited staff, everyone was wonderful.

First time I saw Dr.Jin was 10 years ago when he was interviewed on local TV channel. He came across as very knowledgeable and trustworthy.So when I needed a good dentist, I knew where to go. So far my experience has been great.I have been treated with a lot of respect. He and the dental coordinator Michelle were very kind and friendly, answered all my questions, made me feel at ease. I had 2 major dental procedures and he did an excellent job.Super Professional. I would greatly recommend them.

UPDATE: Smiles Unlimited made no efforts to contact me regarding this manner, instead they have chosen to cancel all my future appointments. I have spoken with my insurance provider and they have informed me I have never had no financial limits on dental and are not sure why Smiles Unlimited believed I did. I asked for the call to be reviewed and they informed me I have always had limits on my dental work. Do not waste your time with this office, the company is in the wrong all the only effort I have seen if the reply to this review asking for me to call but then immediately cancel all future appointments.I am very disappointed in my last experience. I have been a patient at Smiles Unlimited for over 20 years. In this time I had braces, Invisalign, and have always received my regular cleanings from this office.I received a bill in the mail for $96.00 stating my insurance has reached its limit. I was quite confused since in January 2021 Smiles Unlimited look up my insurance and advised me to start making more regular visits since I have coverage. I asked them how much coverage I had and hygienist stated I had no limits and I could have my teeth clean every month if I wanted but she said every 3 months is more than sufficient so I began making appointments every three months since this was recommended and I was told I have coverage.I received a call back from the office and spoke to the receptionist then the manager. The most upsetting part of this conversation is I offer to call Sunlife to see why my insurance declined but since this is a service the office recommended me to do and I made it clear I only want to have my teeth cleaned every three months if I have coverage then I will not be paying the $ 96.00 bill owed because the office made a mistake. Instead of trying to find a solution and work with a patient of 20+ years the manager advised me although the office told me I had unlimited coverage when I do not, if I do not pay the $ 96.00 then this office is not the right fit for me and then hung up.I am amazed of how badly this situation was dealt with.

I came to Smiles Unlimited for sedation dentistry after a number of distressing attempts to freeze and work on my back molars. My lower back teeth simply couldn’t freeze and I’ve developed serious dental anxiety as a result. Dr ham thoroughly explained options including QuickSleep - a new technique that he recommended to avoid full sedation. I was impressed with the time and care he took to explain the procedure and was confident enough that I booked it. I just left the office having the procedure and it was a breeze- dr ham explained everything step by step focused on my comfort and it all worked well. No discomfort at all! If I need future dental work on my lower molars, I will be back.

I came to Smile Unlimited through my sister's recommendation for general care and was lucky enough to get Dr. Ham. He performed various procedures including fillings and an implant, all of which were done professionally and skillfully. With the implant procedure I did not experience any discomfort and didn't even have to take any pain killers after words. Through my time with Dr. Ham I have found him to be very friendly, honest, and ethical always thinking of the best interests for the patient not necessarily the most expensive. Besides that all staff is super friendly and assistants try their best.
