Called to ask if they had a specific part, drove in from our campsite - got there and they rudely told us what we have is what we have." They didn't have the part we specifically called and asked for. Waste of time

Hello! I'm a bit of a builder, and occasionally get to make, or fix, small items that may entail moving parts, and I'd been curious about Citation RV & Trailers because I spend time browsing for obscure materials and unusual hardware-items, such as a Strainer Cup with a rarely-found diameter, for a sink at a dwelling-place. Today I went inside the store, and was impressed by the selection of what they had, as well as how clean and tightly-organized the merchandize appeared. Yet almost as soon as I'd gone inside, my impression was that there was harassment quietly going on. If there was, I don't know where it was coming from, and I have no proof it was taking place. I didn't find that the store was deadly quiet, anyway, and mentioned to the Counter Representative my impression that her workplace had an earworm" which would be hard to prove. I have a paranoid schizophrenia-diagnosis

Call the ask about car, royal cargo trailers and the lady doesn’t even know the bolt pattern to the rims and nobody’s in there to help

They ripped me off when they attempted to fix my slide. Their tech lied and stated he ran wire when in fact it was proven by another repair shop that he did not. They charged me 1600.00 and the issue was not corrected. They also would not warranty an electric jack I purchased. It actuated 5 times up and down and quit. They told me to take it off and bring it in and they would order me a new one. I did that and went in the next day and the owner said no they wouldn't exchange it and instead tried to up sell me on a more expensive model with 10% off... I had more items on the counter to buy as well but got fed up and walked out. I will not patron this business ever again. Screw me twice my fault.Sounds like you figured out who I am. I was the last $1600 job you had in the last 2 years.

We were driving in from Alberta, in need of a bearing cap. We called ahead to see if they could help us out. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and ready to help on very short notice. On arrival we were greeted with the same friendly service. They had the part available and were very quick to provide the necessary service and get us back on the road. Thanks for a great experience!

I want to begin with stating that although I received poor customer service, my warranty issue was ultimately resolved by Citation.I needed to warranty a roof vent I’d purchased a few months previously. I was informed over the phone that whilst this was possible, I’d have to rip out my old roof vent to send back to the company before a warranty could be completed.As I only required the lid to the roof vent I asked if it were possible to maybe avoid ripping out the entire roof vent to receive a new lid. Ultimately this was not possible.I asked wanted to contact the manufacturer to enquire myself if there were any other options. I politely asked questions over the phone with Citation regarding possible solutions. In the course of these questions the phone was hung up by Citation on two occasions. The attendant was extremely rude and would not entertain either my questions or any alternative possibility.I accept the warranty regulations are out of Citations hands. They also are a busy company and might not have time to answer questions or enquire about alternative routes to take. That’s why I was prepared to do the work and also kept my questions to a minimum and remained polite throughout.The service I received back was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The attendant was rude and not at all accommodating.I’ll finish by again stating that despite this rudeness, I received my warranty and the attendant in question did put through my warranty once I’d sent my old roof vent back. The outcome I’m not disputing, but the poor level of customer service left a lot to be desired to say the least. For such an expensive store I’d think basic manners could be expected from their members of staff. I cannot recommend Citation RV based on the poor customer service I received.
