Incompetent recruitment company. They reached out to me offering me to apply for a position. Provided me the option of going ahead as a standard T4 employee or incorporated. Both the recruiter who reached out to me and the account manager (who I would assume would have more experience) were unable to answer any questions about the difference between the two. They kept pushing for me to go incorporated as it is 'more money'. One would think that they would have a better understanding of the two and would be able to answer basic inquiries. They provided me links to their website where the two options were explained. All of them were dead links.A quick research told me that I would have to take on all the headache of doing my taxes myself. Which is fine if one prefers that. I have always been a T4 employee so I chose that option. They lost interest immediately. When I pushed for them to answer if a standard employee would work directly under the actual company or the recruitment firm, I got vague answers. I gathered that Tundra would have to do all the leg work for a standard employee and they were disinterested in that. Why offer the position in the first place then? Anyways, I did not hear back from them afterwards. No follow up. Nothing.Furthermore, they did not seem to really understand what the role was all about. It was for a highly technical position and I am surprised airheads like them were allowed to seek out candidates for such a role.TLDR: Stay away from them!

I worked here for a while and it was the worst employment experience I ever had. The nanny runs the company and is a total airhead and bully. Also Talent Net and Tundra Technical are owned by the same person and operate in the same space. It's basically a scam.

Very very unsupportive staff. Unrealistic expectations and policies. They haven’t paid my friend saying some or the other reason for over 10 weeks. Such an unprofessional organization. Worst experience and would not recommend this vendor to anyone.

The worst and the most unprofessional experiences I had with recruiters!Got my personal info to arrange an interview session ... then no feedback ... after my follow up they said the employer has changed the direction!!!Once one of the messaged me in Liknkedin as: I believe your profile is a great match for what they are looking for " !!! Nirmal from Tundra e-mailed me about a potential job and didn't respond to my email. I called them 10+ times & they didn't respond to me. Finally one day, they lifted my call & said that the job is longer available. Very disappointing. They reached out to me first & didn't even try to reach out again.

I really like working at Tundra, there is no micro-management and you get what you put into the job. For hungry, recent grads it is a great way to get yourself into an office environment and be able to grow within a company.

Dana Fox called me in about a job opportunity and asked me all her questions and if am available for a video call at a particular time, then i have to make my time moving forward all my meeting schedules to ealry morning to make up to them, as she never sent a meeting i have to call in the morning to confirm if they are still up for call. Even when i told her multiple times, i had an ongoing call, and she kept asking unclear questions and hung up on my face.Firstly, we are not coming to you guys asking for an opportunity. You are reaching us so that you can make money while we are working.Try to maintain a little manners and quality of time.You guys wasted my whole day doing your unclear stuff.If you find another employee for a lesser rate, i will be happy that you are making more money.But this kind of behavior and wasting clients valuable time is not acceptable.I cannot give less that one star i hope i can do that

They called me about a potential job and ghosted me. They’ve stopped responding to my emails. Very unprofessional! At least let me know I didn’t get the job instead of leaving me hanging. You called me. Smh.

Horrible experience. Employed by Tundra for over 3 years. They are as scummy as it gets. They bill you out at nearly double what they pay you. If you ever have a question good luck getting ahold of anyone. Leave a voicemail for them to delete and leave you hanging. Many people at my place of employment are either working or have worked for Tundra and the general concensus is the same.I was misinformed regarding the details of my position and job requirments that could of ruined my chance on getting the job.I would strongly recommend anyone who is considering woking for Tundra to contact other recruiters in your area.Name changed for my anonymity.
