The food is good but the lady who works in the evening is too bad for customer service. she doesn't even listen properly and cut the call in between the conversation. Owner must pay attention on customer service.

The young lady who serves here is very greedy. 50% of food are old stale items. She reduces the portion but charges are high. Not worth for the money. It is better to pay extra and get fresh ones. Not stale items. Keep out. Eventually you will agree with my points after some buying experience here. I stopped coming to this store.

Update: Food quality has gone down drastically in quality and flavour and prices have increased. The pakoras are all batter and barely any vegetable. They are super spicy and unedible.Original: get the samosas and onion pakoras from here all the time. We absolutely love them! We've tried some of the other food but didn't quite like it as much. Some of their other fried goods lack filling. For example, we ordered a meat roll and as I bit into the roll, it was pretty much hollow with very minimal meat filling inside.

I called over the phone to place an order and the lady on the phone basically yelled at me for not placing the order earlier and they still had over 2 hours until close. Even if their kitchen was closed she could have said it politely. I used to get their kothu rotti all the time but I no longer will be going there. This place needs to learn how to talk to their customers. This is why they are losing business!!!
