I have purchased a Boston gas fireplace last summer(2021) from Luxury Tech Inc.This is the list of problems I encountered in this situation.1.I have not been advised that the unit does not work without the remote control, that is sold as an extra feature.2.The remote control arrived with the wrong documentation.3.The fireplace arrived without the termination kit, also sold as an extra feature,but you can not install the fireplace without it.I had to change the installation date several times.4.When the installation kit arrived( after a month)and the fireplace was finally installed the fan did not work.5. Contacting the providers I have been advised to do the troubleshooting myself and that the seller will guide me by phone.6.Their policy is that you have to remove the defect part yourself, send it to them and then in 6-9 months maybe you will get the part that is not working.The buyer is responsible to pay for everything(removal, sending by mail , installation etc.)7.The fireplace is on warranty, but that means nothing since this company has no technical support, does not assume the responsibility for faulty products and their policy puts the ownership on the buyer.Collin Nichols is polite and answers in a timely manner by email , or by phone, but at the end of the day was not able to solve the fan issue .

Customer service is everything to me and dealing with Luxury Tech Inc has literally been the best company I have dealt with by far!! They keep in contact through the whole ordering process, update you continually until the product is received! They are also extremely quick to respond with any question or concern you have….even almost a year after buying the product!! I cannot thank this company enough for the beautiful fire table I received and the customer service they provided, they truly go above and beyond!! I would recommend this company to anybody and do so time and time again!!
