I made an appoint which was never made with them and which the customer service was very rude. I tried to find the address where they guy hanged up because he did not wanna wait for me to look for them. I would look else where for a better towing company where they value there customer.

Excellent service! I called them at 1:30 in the middle of the night after another towing company let me down. I received prompt and courteous service. I was given a timeframe of 1.5 hours for the towtruck to arrive, but it came within an hour. The job was completed smoothly and the price was very reasonable.

Spoke with their dispatch and they are super helpful and beyond friendly. Sadly they weren't able to help on a time sensitive last minute pickup but they did make a recommendation that worked out super well.I would not hesitate to call them again.

One of the drivers was driving quickly through the parking lot to get to the Tim hortons and nearly hit me and would have had I not slammed on my breaks. Other than a few cars there was no parking and was driving towards a different area, and this is how the driver chose to park and chose to walk by my vehicle yelling that was close. Trying to intimidate a person really does not reflect well on a company that currently has good ratings. I was driving the straightway of the parking lot and he was driving straight across through marked parking....

I was lucky enough to come across this business when searching for a local towing company. When speaking to Bryan, he was courteous, helpful and easy to deal with. I had a number of questions and issues to resolve and he managed them so professionally, it was almost hard to believe. He soon came to the rescue with his bright Red Tow truck and really saved the day. If you are looking for a company that is honest, helpful and a company you can trust, this is the one to use. I’ll never forget how much Bryan and the company helped us and will never use another towing company. Thanks to Bryan and the entire company.

I had to get my car towed after sliding into a curb. I had Shane pick up my vehicle and he was fabulous, loaded my car fast and efficiently. Shane was really friendly, knew how to hold a conversation while he was working. Made me feel comfortable dealing with Jay’s Towing.
