I found Eric is extremely knowledgeable and very service-oriented. He even can distinguish dual sim card features of Asian vs North American Samsung S20 fe model. He also outlined the detailed process of changing sim card when landing in a different country.

This guy name Eric helped me out with getting a SIM card his attitude was so rude and disrespectful and made me feel like cancelling. He seem like he hated his job. I would not recommend this store you’re better off going to a corporate store.

I was a roger customer for over 5 years. However, my experience here prompts me to change to Bell.I came here twice, in the span of three months, first to inquire about changing my plans and second time, to change internet plans. Both time, I was met with a representative called Eric who did nothing to help. He pretty much tell me that I would need to look everything up myself through the rogers hotline or through the internet and that he would not help me unless he knows I am going to pay for a plan in his place. Consequently, both times, I just walked over to the Bell dealer a few stores away with the same question. The representatives there patiently answered all my questions and is not as forceful in their sales tactics. Because of these experience, i decided I want to trade my service from Rogers to Bell.I just want everyone who are reading this to know. You do not need to stay with Rogers if you do not want to, Bell is just a few stores away, and they serve their customers much better. For whoever in charge I just hope you know that there are staff in this location who are literally chasing your customers to your main competitor.

I was very lucky to find the right person! I am not so sure, but I think his name is David. OUTSTANDING customer service: KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and PATIENT. Due to his very attentive assistance I was able to obtain the best possible service there. Thank you. I did not interact with anybody else from that store and based on the reviews which I read AFTER , it seems to me that I was a lucky one. I am absolutely sure than nobody will be disappointed by this gentlemen with the name David. His English is impeccable and he really knows what he is doing!

If I wasn’t paying on a phone with you guys I would be cancelling today. I understand that some things are out of control but going nearly 12 hours without data and other things that most people pay $80+ a month for is ridiculous

Yesterday,I went to 3255 Hwy 7 Unit E98, Markham in Markham on L3R 3P9. The service attitude was very bad because I needed to change the address and put on a black waiter, and I did not try my best to help solve the problem. I have been your customer for more than two years, and I decided to transfer to another telecommunications company when it expires next time. I have an unpleasant experience yesterday.

This is a very busy store where some customers have all day to ask questions. There was 3 staff on duty when I was there and all had their hands full. After waiting 15 minutes (which felt like an eternity) I asked the guy at the counter if it will be a quick process to just buy a sim card. The lady servicing another client near the back of the store heard me. In a rushed yet friendly and professional way, she came and multi-tasked and processed my request. Three stars because this store is just crazy busy but FIVE STAR for the staff member who is an activity listener and can multi-task and understand client's needs. I hire her in a heartbeat!!

I received surprisingly fantastic customer service at this Rogers store. I see that other people had bad experiences, but I think it depends on the staff. I went into the store over the weekend when all the major phone companies have the 10GB for $60 deal. My girlfriend and I went in together, and the lady who was helping me out was working fast and efficiently while providing us with the necessary help and information we needed. My phone plan transfer went very smoothly, while my girlfriend had a bit of a problem because her phone is locked to Rogers. The lady told us to call Rogers and unlock the phone and then give her a call before the deal is over and she will have it done for us. Unfortunately, during the deal period, Rogers phone line was extremely jammed, and my girlfriend couldn't get a hold of anyone. When we thought all hope is lost, my girlfriend told me she received a phone call from the lady, and she informed my girlfriend she has everything set up already and that even if she hasn't gotten her phone unlocked yet after the deal period, she will still help us get it handled. All we had to do is give her a call, and she will transfer everything over. Amazing service!

Rogers is the most dishonest company. They keep disconnecting these channels that I pay extra for while they keep charging for them. And when I ask them why are you doing this they say to better serve our customers. So to BETTER SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS" they cut off the service while they keep charging!!"
