The team at Bromwich and smith was extremely easy to work with as well as Stephen Isilebo who initially helped me get in touch with a trustee and set up my appointment/collected my documentation. Creditors can be ruthless and Bromwich and smith greatly simplifies the process making it feel easier to navigate. With the right education + tools they make it easier to get you back on track financially!

Dean was a great help. Dean also got me through the process of this and went over with me the different options with all my paperwork. Then when Dean got all the paperwork done he sent it over to Rick. Then Rick put the finishing touches on my consumer proposal and the weight that has been. If it hadn't got started I would have been a mess.

I felt pretty hopeless about my financial situation until I called this company after seeing one of their ads that said they can help you with your debt. I wish I would have known about this service sooner. Before I decided to go with bromwich + Smith I looked at the reviews. This company was close 5 stars. Dealing with them for the last month has been nothing but a stressful experience. I had to personally find out the person assigned to my file is no longer with the company and no notification of who will be assisting me going forward.
