This is the worst customer service place I've ever been to. I have been going there for 2 years, and the people who work at the counter are super arrogant. Due to their arrogance, I had to order a truck in Barrie, order parts in London, and drive to Barrie or London to cover warranty repairs. The prices that show the products are not the real ones and they give you a card so you can talk to the manager. The list of horrible customer service is long, and I don't need to be treated as a VIP. I just want to be treated with respect and as a customer.
