It's alright, but they don't unlock phones. Chart's web site says all locations do. Normally a phone network unlock is done for free if u go back to the carrier which I did but the clerk refused to help me and sent me to another boutique a few doors down to get my phone unlocked. Ended up paying $35. I mean ok fine I don't mind the $35 but if you guys are supposed to do it for free why would I pay? This is a 2013 cell phone that's completely paid off. I don't see any reason for them not to unlock the phone given that the site specifically said any of their locations do.

Came in for a PUK code. Person at the desk was unable to help, but allowed me to call customer care from the business phone. Reasonably quick.

Visited here today. Whilst the shop assistant tried to be helpful, either he lied to me or didn’t know what he was doing & his assistance was useless. Added to that he was condescending to me on a couple of occasions, which there is no excuse for when you work in customer service. So I would only advise going here to pay a bill otherwise don’t waste your time.
