Man at the drive through window scans my app for my offer/points for the wrong order, then when he punches in the correct order well he had already used up my offer/points so they were no longer applicable for the new transaction he had put in into his cash register, he and the girl he was working with (two Indian workers who didn't seem to know what they were doing) try to force me to pay for the full price of the item even though they had made the mistake. Very unprofessional, 0 customer service, the guy and girl said you have to pay for you order!"

ordered a soup on uber eats before 9pm, ordered twice because the first one did not show up. only after the uber driver arrived at the tim hortons the second round was I told they were out if soup. did not tell me before, the first time or update the uber app. terrible service.

terrible customer service. doesn’t even deserve a 1. i got these and they clearly aren’t fresh. i go back to ask for the fresh ones. and the lady tells me no. if there’s a problem speak with my manager. had lots of attitude and over all unimpressed. i côme here every day after the gym and it’s the same rude ladies working. will not be returning.

Worst ever. Lots of attitude problems, wrong orders, long waiting almost 45 mnts. Seems like they are being forced to work there, don't care attitude. I would give them 0 star. Will never go there again.

I used to come here more often but the drive-through service has slown down much more. I'm forced to go inside because of the wait times. I've waited up to 10 minutes in a drive-thru of 6-7 cars.

DON’T GO I ordered a muffin and there was A LOT OF ANTS, DISCUSTING they didn’t even refund me. The worst part is the owner saying that I’m the one putting the ants in the muffin, how ridiculous. The bag was very well closed, this place obviously has a ants problem.

One star because I can't give less... just buy 2 cafe latte and they give me one cafe latte that was cold. Probably one that was hanging out on the counter... I just noticed it at home... for full price, a cold without foam cafe latte, it's a shame.

Someone working there does not care what the customer ordered. She missed the sandwich in one of 3 combos and added the hash browns that I asked to be all replaced as a separate order items while I told her clearly I don't want any hash brown". When asked her why it is harsh brown she lied that the side I asked is not available. When ask why a sandwich was missing
