If I could give more stars I would! Rudest person I have ever seen. The level of awareness is very low and the money he takes from the customer is much higher than other places. In other words, the worst notary public in Vancouver.

I walked into Jamie's office he charged me for a document of $100 and made me pay cash only. it turned out it costs about $20-30. Despise his charming behaviour, he's not honest at all.

Had to get a document notarized, I called him and he quoted me 180$ + tax which is pretty crazy because he said the notarization would take 10-15 mins. So I called a few other places and they said they could do it for 60$ + tax. MAKE SURE TO COMPARE HIS PRICES TO ANOTHER PLACES PRICES, HE WILL TRY TO OVER-CHARGE YOU.don’t believe me? Look at all the other 1 star review that say the exact same thing

If I could give him more star I would! He’s such a nice person, fast, knowledgeable and, efficient. He was very helpful and clear with my partner and I. He even gift me some chocolates. We would definitely record him.
