I just want to say kate B is an amazing worker. Treats you like a human being. Listens to you. Doesn't judge. Does everything in her power to help with life transitions. Truly makes you feel like you have support . I know this work can be a thankless occupation.. I just want to say thank you Kate

They really do care here. They just get busy. It's up to you your responsible to make your appointments. You cannot blame them for you missing! If you want help you gotta make an effort.
