We were unable to give a proper 60 day notice to move out as our apartment became INFESTED and the landlord would not do a thing about it so we found a place in 2 weeks and ran. Roaches would climb out of the washers, would be in the hallways, everywhere you looked ROACHES. There was also a bed bug problem here as well. It may be cheap but it’s cheap for a reason. Do NOT move here. This place should be torn down!!

I have noticed alot of young people looking at this building thinking of moving in dont.. I have lived here for just over 2 years and the exterminator has been to this building over 12 times for roaches, they are so bad you see them in the hallways during the day time. Yes it is cheap but believe me it is not worth it.

This place has cochroaches crawling up the walls, down the halls, even out of washing machines for crying out loud. Landlord and superintendant does nothing at all either. Their excuse is well they've been here for years""

Lived here all my life so far, and my family has been here for 23 years. Cockroaches and spiders get on our nerves sometimes, but meh, we're used to them at this point. Don't even get me started on the laundry room though, damn machines keep breaking down like every few months. Also if you see Dan say hello to him, he's a very kind person, at least from my experiences with him.

He is a SLUM LORD. Unlicensed live-in contractors doing Electrical, plumbing and renovations. Nothing works! There are ROACHES. He made us sign a lease and move into a roach infested building and never told us this was going on since before we signed the lease!!!!!!!!!

I moved in a couple weeks ago and I have yet to see any bugs here at all. Not one roach. Very quiet and people are friendly. Update as of May 1st 2022 there has been no cockroachs. It won't last cause some people here won't let them treat their apartments to get rid of them once and for all. Some people are not very clean. If they move out we will get them gone for good.
