We decided to list our house and have a consultation with Jennifer at Pearl Street Staging. She worked quickly to tweak our home, making it modern, uncluttered and gave it a truly open and bright image. She tastefully added artwork to various spots in the house so that your eye noticed the details of the house, and not the empty spaces. Jennifer offered many suggestions about how to make the spaces pop. She was open to my ideas and she did not push her services and was very respectful of our budget and time restraints. Jennifer worked very efficiently, and when it was time to list our home, the first clients to view the home made and offer. It was an offer we worked with and the house was sold within 3 days of being listed. Pearl Street de-staged the home so quickly, but it suddenly felt so empty because once Jennifer removed her items, it just didn't look as beautiful. The cost of having the home staged truly returned more to us in the end than if we had not had the home professionally staged. This was money very well spent.
