The receptionist Cindy is extremely rude. She repeatedly slammed the phone down on two occasions, without waiting a response from me, was very combative on the phone, over-talks the client on the phone, and doesn't let the client finish what they are saying. Furthermore, this office does not have a manager to complain to, which is probably why Cindy chuckled on the phone when I asked for a manger. No matter how good the doctor may be, not worth it to be a client of Dr. Yang's with such demeaning and unfriendly reception.

Dr Yang and his staff were professional and prompt, and during my consultations he was able to address all of my questions in an easy to understand manner. He is a very skilled surgeon, and checked in multiple times post surgery.

He has literally given my dad & I a new renewed life can’t thank him & his staff enough .. dr yang is very knowledgeable & helpful best urologist in our experience. Receptionist very rude, communications wrt appointments very poor. Refused to make an appointment for my son when he was referred via emergency because they, out of nowhere, found 6 year old no show fees. In my view based on our experience, this clinic values money & poor communication above treating patients. Serious process improvements required, perhaps start by staffing your phone from 8am to 4pm like any normal clinic and answering calls within one minute rather than just letting them go to a voice message with no call back option.

A very inexperienced doctor. I took an appointment from him to perform an operation to remove kidney stones. After I was anesthetized for three hours, the nurse told me. The doctor tells you that he did not find stones in the kidney. I do not advise anyone to go to him.

From an emergency surgery in the middle of the night to place a stent and another surgery to remove my kidney stone a few weeks later. I have nothing but praise for this Dr., he is approachable, honest and very good and I’m so happy that he took great care of me.The MOA was super sweet to talk to, she was very understanding and was able to move my 2nd surgery date sooner due to a cancellation.

Dr. Yang is a very kind, very Professional, very understanding and very helpful Doctor. I am suffering from ENRAGED PROSTATE and in result I have problems passing my Urine. I did Two Biopsy and Lucky me that I have no Prostate Cancer. Dr. Yang go beyond his approach to help his patients. I have full trust in him. God bless him!Mohammad Qureshi
