Tim was great to work with - I had a new furnace/boiler installed and a water softener. The guys were very accommodating and worked quickly. Tim also made sure all the products were registered and explained to me how everything worked and even checked in a few days later to see that I was happy with how everything was working. Going the extra mile pays off- I would highly recommend JT Mechanical! I'll use them for all my maintenance etc. from now on. Thanks Tim!

I hired Tim to install a heating & air condition system and after I had given him a $3000 (yup $3000) deposit I changed my mind. He eventually delivered the a/c at the end of my driveway (without notice to me) and told me that my cover for it would come later. Well the cover did come, (once again tossed at the end of my driveway) but doesn't fit the a/c unit. I have emailed him regarding this and he has yet to reply. He installed the works for a family member and refused to fix it after there was no heat for the children for 5 days.... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM! He does not behave as a professional at all... He has my $3000. for an a/c unit and does not answer emails.

I had a good friend recommend JT Mechanical when my furnace stop working. I was out of town and communicate over the phone. He was at my place an hour later. A new furnace was needed and ordered. He provided heaters for the weekend. And by Monday afternoon it was installed. Tim and his crew were fast and efficient. Tim called later that day to ensure everything was working. I’m Very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend JT Mechanical to anyone

Used him because the previous home owner used him and the sticker was on the HVAC unit. Furnace stopped working in December 2019 and he told me it was the motor, needed a new one. All in was $1200. Got home from work the same day after installation and the furnace wasn't working. I called his number, texted (which he told me to do if there were any issues), and emailed, and there was no response. I know that I texted the right number because there is a thread of conversation from us setting up the appointment time. Ended up having to get another person in to fix it. Even days and weeks after he still hadn't responded and I still have not received an invoice for the work he did (now 8 months later). I will never use J.T mechanical again.

Tim at JT Mechanical is one of the worst decisions we've ever made. He complains, he's lazy, accounting practices are questionable at best (try to get an invoice from him) and to top it off, we've had problems with nearly everything that was installed... Over $10k worth of heating and cooling. One piece of equipment had issues since day #1 and I needed to contact the manufacturer directly and exchange a part under their direction. The cooling had issues as well and I hired another company to come out and diagnose the issue. They spent an hour and were able to diagnose the issue (that was present from day #1). Tim's response to the initial complaint was that we were picky" and could not be satisfied. Well

I am a pool owner and had some problems with my heater and connected to Tim because of a positive Facebook post. Tim connected to me by text and very quickly identified a problem in my pool heater.I was concerned that my heat exchanger unit was failing because of leaks that suddenly appeared, but it turned out to be a leak from the temperature well as the pressure switch. I was able to resolve this for about $45 worth of replacement parts. I did the labour myself with guidance from Tim by text I highly recommend Tim and in the future I will reach out to him for guidance or for repairs that he can provide.Tim has indicated to me that my water chemistry would’ve been the cause of the temperature well deteriorating. Overall, his guidance has been excellent and I would recommend Tim and his company to anyone that has HVAC problems or in my case heater problems connected to a pool.

I called JT Mechanical when the blower in my furnace went out. He and his team are amazing, I supplied them with some basic info on the furnace and he got back to be 20min later advising he found out it is still under warranty and he can get the motor ordered. He looked after ordering the motor, and came to install it the next day for a very good price. I cannot speak highly enough and while I hope I don't have to call back anytime soon I definitely will be calling Tim and his team when I need some HVAC help.Thanks Guys!!

In the fidget cold of winter, our furnace died. Within two hours, Tim was at our door with heaters to help keep us warm and a new furnace payment plan that saved us. The installation was seamless and we save monthly on our fuel bills. When we realized living without air conditioning was not possible, we called Tim because we knew he would provide us the best solution at a price we could afford. Within a week, we had the AC installed. Tim and his installation team are AWESOME....I highly recommend them.

My furnace died and tim came out right away after work hrs. He gave us electric heaters to use until the new furnace came in. Great furnace clean professional install fair price. Thanks tim great job.

I had JT install a complete new Furnace and Central air. He was very knowledgeable about what i needed and didnt need. I went with his advice. He showed up on the day he said he was going to and his crew went well above and beyond to make sure my HVAC system was to code inside and outside. Good to go for another many years.I am not sure what these other negative reviews are talking about here JT is fully top notch.
