Very rude staff. Never a word spoken to me. But there is 3 of them all having a good ol' time. Not one speaking English. Very disrespectful. Never replaced my gas caps 3 times. I will no longer let anyone pump my own gas.. bud" is the only respectful employee.. that actually seems to know what he's doing... That whole crew needs to be replaced. Or trained on manners. They randomly decide they are closed. And lock the doors... I live accross the street. And this is a very common occurrence.."

Strange policies. Hose is designed to be accessible to both sides for fueling. Attendant was adamant it would break.

overall a great place but one of their day time pump attendants is a rude, intolerable jerk. If I see him working I keep driving to the next station. Damn shame, every other staff is a joy to interact with. Bearded fellow with dark hair and complexion. I had trouble with their tire pump and he ridiculed and scolded me for apperantly breaking it. Not one word on how to do it better or an offer of help either. Complete jackass. Once he's gone I'll change my score to 5 stars.

There is a lottery scam going on with the employees at this location. We have been on to them for months. When you say you want $20 lotto max or 649 they charge you $40 every time pretending they didn’t hear you. but then when you say I only wanted $20 they keep the $40 ticket and print a new ticket for $20 but keep the $40 ticket for themselves. Police have already been notified just wanted to put this review so other people can be aware and report it if you see the same scam going on with you.

I filled their 94 octane and this location. Same fuel I always fill at Chevron. My F30 BMW 328i has broken down 7 times in the last two and a half hours. Chevron take notice of this. Bad 94 octane at this location.

Customer service is amazing! My car broke down and they let me and my two kids wait inside while I got ahold of BCAA. The attendant gave my kids free hot chocolate and helped to keep him entertained. Amazing staff!!!

Change it to self Serve. The employees don’t know what they’re doing, they try to pump more gas once the car is already full. This is a great way to break a fuel seal. I prefer to do it myself. They also don’t social distance or wear masks and this is during the time that Covid cases have increased.

This is now the 2nd time that I had one of them open my gas cap before I could get a chance to shut my car off. Luckily it didn’t throw a code like it did the first time.This is the closest gas station to my work but I still prefer to drive down to new west to fill.
