I recently used the Neutral Zone to assist in resolving some internal conflicts that were happening with an organizations that I was recently working. They were fast, friendly, had a ton of resources to work with and were incredibly professional in the way the dealt with the situation and all individuals involved. Adam really made sure that each person felt heard and that we had a final resolution . Would work with them again.

Best scammers out there. Poorly skilled staff. Often side with the Employer does not review facts closely do not trust these guys. They sell BS and are a cash grab company. Poor professional standards, with poor quality of work in checking evidence for burden of proof. Will say anything to please employer, highly unethical and dubious practices contrary to legal standards. These sort of companies need to be shut down by the Province, these guys are pure scammers.

This company just writes the report that management wants. We had a meeting and I had a respectful workplace and bullying complaint which was not in their report at all. If you think they are going to help you think again.

I attempted to file a Whistleblower complaint with this company against Fraser Health. The staffer I dealt with was extremely rude, condescending, and ignorant. So much so that I ultimately felt compelled by his behaviour to drop the grievance all together. Senior 'leadership' for The Neutral Zone refused to respond to my concerns about their staff member, and the process. I do not recommend this company.

The actions that come out of working under The Neutral Zone’s professional coaching and leadership have been taken on board and are working. In future we would approach them long before we got to the point we were at, where communication had broken down completely.We would wholeheartedly recommend the services of The Neutral Zone to anyone in need of mindful communication coaching and/or dispute resolution. They were exactly who we needed.

Sensitivity training, investigations, change management and all aspects of strategic planning we’re conducted by various TNZ contractors with outstanding results. Our management and staff considered the TNZ team to be a key reason for our healthy, respectful workplace.

Roy and the Neutral Zone did a fabulous job of assisting with a complex interpersonal dispute between colleagues. I can happily report that despite the initial conflict and 'stuck' positions, the team is working cohesively now and are on a professional pathway forward.

Our organization of about 60 employees engaged The Neutral Zone to lead a respectful workplace workshop a few months ago. We had two consultants lead our day and they were professional, engaging, and the entire session was very well received. In my personal opinion, the interactive way the session was run was very effective in reaching people and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to others. Thanks for an enlightening, fun workshop!

After contacting Shelly on short notice she was willing to adapt her schedule and work with us quickly. She was thorough in her gathering of information from all parties. We all felt heard and safe in our interactions with her. She demonstrated a strong ability to assist us in navigating our feelings, where they were coming from, our own roles, the roles of others not present, and how we could move forward. We all wanted a good outcome which enabled us to work together and trust each other again. This was very successful and we are all thankful to Shelly for her competent skills and willingness to respond quickly. An excellent experience.
