Poor Boys Customs & Repair Ltd.

While traveling across Canada, the exhaust cracked between the catalytic converter and resonator. Poor Boys had great reviews and we tried calling along the road, but no answer (note: we later learned that they close for lunch from noon - 1 pm). Made it to Fountain Tire, but they didn't have anyone available for the repair, and suggested Poor Boys. Everyone at Poor Boys was friendly and helpful. The technician, Adam was able to cut out cracked area and sleeve on a new pipe to make the connection. Had it fixed up and back on the road in a hour. It turned out to be our lucky day, after all. Highly recommend.

Great place. Good work done at a reasonable price. Good people to deal with. Knowledgeable mechanics and there range of work they can perform on all vehicles is wide. Only issue I have and why I gave them 4 stats instead of 5. Is that you have to almost book a month in advance for bigger jobs and a week or two in advance for smaller jobs. This just means they are busy which is definitely not bad.

One of the top shops around, been very happy with the service. Mechanics are top notch!

Spent 20,000 on a engine rebuild and truck hasn't run In 2 years....when call for support james hangs up on me

I can’t even begin to describe how this shop went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road in time for work! Amazing customer service like nothing I ever expected or dreamed of! Worked late one day then came in on a day off on a LONG WEEKEND to finish the job at NO EXTRA COST TO ME! In fact, my cost came in UNDER QUOTE! Like amazing! I’m literally flabbergasted at their accommodation! Thank you POOR BOYS! You will always get RAVE reviews from me!

Was visiting from out of town, and they were very accommodating in fitting me in. Quick and honest service. If they weren't a 9 hour drive from me, I would service all vehicles here for sure. Thanks!
