Amy is unprofessional and wasted 2 hours of our day commuting, as she advertised a car for $31,000 and when we arrived she tells us the car is $38,000 BEFORE TAX! When we voiced our concern and said she should properly price the Ad, we where essentially told “if your not interested leave” by the sales manager. And as we are leaving Amy doesn’t even look at us to say goodbye. Seriously ruined my day and I have never in my life experienced a more unprofessional car dealership in my life. Seriously horrible customer service.

I bought my 2019 Honda Civic EX from White Rock Honda and overall had a great experience. Iouri was knowledgeable, answered any and all questions and I felt no pressure when making my mind up about buying the car. Definitely not the stereotypical pushy car salesman, the complete opposite actually.Courtney in finance was also great to deal with, she answered any questions I had and explained everything to me in great detail.
