Beginning to end, my experience with Vacu-Man has been exceptionally positive. From the online estimating and booking tool and automated messages to let me know I've been booked, the name of my tech and when they're on the way to follow ups with the lovely Kim and a very efficient and professional service appointment - I could not be happier. They've really thought about the whole customer experience, offer great value and have real experts doing the work. I never once felt pressured to buy something I didn't need and they even took the time to explain some things to me I was curious about. Book now, you won't regret it.

Booked for a dryer vent cleaning. The crew arrived on time and were polite and efficient. Received notice in advance to remind me of the appointment. There was a misunderstanding on my end and the job ended up being much less than anticipated (actually unnecessary) and the crew was done in less than 20 minutes. I requested a discount, which the main office was reluctant to provide citing various costs. After a second conversation the owner was able to accommodate. I would recommend this company to friends / family due to the customer-friendly service.

I had a great experience with Vacu Man when I used their service in Oct 2022. I found and contacted them after looking at their reviews here at Google. The high 4.8 star rating lived up to the billing. VM got in touch me with me the next day after my inquiry via their website. They scheduled the duct and dryer-vent cleaning appointment three business days after the call. The vent-cleaning crew of two was on time and did the job well within four hours. While VM claims that they leave the house cleaner than it was before their visit, I found it a bit of hyperbole. Yet the VM crew took care to leave the floors with minimum mess that was easy to broom and wipe after they left.My only minor issue would be that I also ordered furnace inspection with Vacu Man but found that service was sub-contracted to another vendor. I thought VM should have told me that fact before signing the dotted line.That being said, the furnace inspection by the other company went smoothly and I don’t have any complaints.My overall experience with VM is highly positive and I have no issue recommending them to anyone looking for the service in West GTA area.

First time using Vacu-Man and was very impressed. Electronic booking and payment was so easy. Great receiving text message advising that the crew was on their way. Scott and Joe were very professional and provided advice and suggestions throughout the process. They did a terrific job cleaning the vents, bathroom exhausts and dryer vent. Very impressed with how clean they kept the job site. Will definitely use again!

I recently had my ducts and furnace cleaned using Vacuman. Staff was very friendly. Overall I was happy with the service, however, the website does say they will leave your house cleaner than when they arrive. That’s definitely true for the ducts and furnace, but I was not aware of how much mess would be all over my home. I am still cleaning black off of my wainscoting. All the baby items I had out required extensive cleaning. Our kitchen cabinets and counters were black. I really wish I would have been made aware of this prior to the visit. I’m glad I had this service done, but I would have appreciated the heads up before hand and I could have prepared accordingly.

Had an appointment booked! The crew showed up to the address and decided they couldn't park infront the house because it's on the main Rd and bike lanes were present.I mentioned it was on the main Rd when booking the appointment and I said I wanted the Early morning because the Rd isn't as busy.I had the ducts cleaned before and the other company had no issues parking for a few hours, I also had the roof redone and that crew had no issues with parking on the main Rd.The crew never actually spoke with me , but came and left, then the office called to inform me. I made sure to have my family out of the house so as to accommodate them. This is very unprofessional. Will not be recommending their services.

I requested a quote from Vacuman and was contacted right away; given 2 possible appointment times. The team was on time and professional. They cleaned my dryer vent from the outside so there was no need to move the appliances. They vacuumed out a huge clump of dog hair and now the air flow is greatly improved. I am a satisfied customer.
