Al-Risala Academy

Excellent School. Great focused staff who take their job seriously and get engaged with the students and parents.The management is dealing with all the kids and their parents as one big family. And when they find family isn't supportive or the kid has issues and the parents aren't willing to help. They take firm decisions to protect other kids. This is my 3rd year with them. They never look to money as the first concern. They have a message and they deliver it to the kids. All people in the school are respecting each other.I strongly recommend this school. They help the kids to build their self confidence and direct them how to achieve their goals without fears.For the academic level, they use extra materials and books to make sure the kids understanding the Ontario Curriculum.

Our daughter has been attending for the past 4 years and she has enjoyed her time there thoroughly. Her teachers have guided her well and we have seen her grow academically, in confidence, and in her Islamic identity.Al-Risala Academy is a safe, well-organized school. It is registered with, and meets the requirements of the Ministry of Education with the Government of Ontario. Aside from the academic curriculum, Islamic curricula is also provided including daily prayer, seerah, hifz, and Islamic history/civilization studies.During school exhibitions, student projects are put on display, often accompanied by a live student presentations/demonstrations. We applaud the efforts Al-Risala Academy teachers and administration for helping their students strive for the highest standards of excellence.We hope that our daughter can have the opportunity to continue attending Al-Risala Academy, in sha Allah, and encourage this opportunity for others, too.No school, public or private, is perfect. That being said, Al-Risala Academy is a grassroots effort led by an absolutely wonderful administration with a sincere concern for the well-being and respectful, educational development of their students as part of the wider Muslim, and Canadian community. They are doing an excellent job!

The best decision I made when I moved my children from the public school to Al-Risala Academy. One of my children who attended the high school, he is in the second year university right now. He got the most tremendous support from the staff, vice principal, and the principal. I really cannot thank them enough.The real investment, not stocks or gold. The real investment when you invest with your children. At the end you would get an excellent return.Highly recommended school

My kids enjoyed Al Risala Academy and loved it. Teacher, Principal and staff very helpful and cooperative. As parents extend our thanks for everything done by Academy for our kids. Definitely worth to recommend.

School is carbage, Zero and poor management, A lot of bullying in the classes with no action from management, Teachers Don't care about students learning progress because ther are working with lowest salaries , There is no students attendance taken , Management is looking for the school as investment only and they are lying . They push to students to do lifting items and moving carpets without parents approval. I totally not recommended to put your son in this miserable school

As a former teacher in several schools in the Arab countries and as a continuous member of the educational program today, I can confidently say that AL-Risala Academy has proven to be an aptly name. The owners of this school, since it opened, had a great goal and a true mission to raise a Muslim generation proud of their religion and values, able to live in Western society and integrate with it while maintaining their islamic entity. The school was able to achieve this with all merit. I am very proud of having my kids join the family of Al-Risala Academy and I wish this family continued success.

I am writing this review based on my personal experience with Al-Risala Academy as a student. In 2015, I joined this school as a new immigrant to Canada. I did experience some obstacles during my first year in this school; but with the help of the tutoring classes provided by the school and the effort of the teachers and staff I was able to make it through high school with excellent grades (2018). In my opinion, this school well prepared me for my post-secondary studies. I will for sure recommend this school to anyone who cares about their children's future.

Very good Islamic school with excellent teachers and great program

Al Risala school is a good place to send your children for education and also for learning islamic values. Hard working teachers and vigilant school administration gives a place for students to grow.
