Absolutely love this store and it's customer service. Always feel welcomed when entering . Always offered service and a smile upon entering. The staff is very kind and well knowledgeable and I always come out with what I was looking for and more. Definitely recommend this store and staff.Kudos to the friendliest employee there who is named Chelsea.

Chelsea and Ryan were really great with me during my phone crisis. They set me up with a great new phone and were able to save what was on my old phone before it died completely. It was near the end of their shift and they remained unrushed, friendly, and very helpful. Thanks for saving the day, guys!

After 3 weeks without phone and internet service and multiple calls to the support line I get told that I have to wait another week for my line to be repaired. On top of all the other poor service I have had with Bell I am done. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We were able to get a good plan for the new cell phone. Great help front the staff as well. Very knowledgeable.

My family and I switched over to Bell as it was a better option for my family. We visited the New Glasgow location and employee Brendan Lank was very helpful. He made sure we had the best plan options and even helped me upgrade my device instead of just setting up my old phone!! Amazing customer service by him! Thank you!!

My wife and I arrived in Nova Scotia on July 15 (she just immigrated and I returned after being away for 20 years). We had bell internet installed at our new rental before our arrival (June 27th). Saturday we went to bell after a number of calls to the store over the last couple of months. We purchased a higher end package and were required to put an $800 deposit on each line and we put a $480 down payment on each phone. Today they cut off our service because, according to bell, we did not give them proof of where we lived, even though we do have home internet provided by bell. When I went to the store today their first reaction was to tell me in front of two other costumers that I did not pay my bill. After supplying previously provided ID and some new proof of address they turned our phones back on.

Wanted to setup a new phone contact. There are four stations to help people. Only one person working and was busy helping someone. Waited for 10 minutes then went for a walk around the mall. Went back, still helping the same person.Gave up.

Always a great experience especially when dealing with the very knowledgeable staff member Brendan lank. He is very friendly and always goes above and beyond to help his customers.

Chelsea from Bell Alliant rocks! I had a very pleasant and productive encounter with Chelsea as she transferred my android to iPhone as well as provider. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable with all my questions. The transfer was smooth and painless!Thank you Chelsea and Bell!!

The store manager was professional an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was an issue on the back end of the system with my upgrade but the manager worked hard and fast to contact the right people and resolve the issue so my upgrade would be completed, which was done in a timely manner.
