Great bike rental company! The staff were so nice and accommodating! We had initially paid to rent our bikes for two days, but ended up returning our bikes early on the second day due to terrible weather and storms. Grape Escape refunded us for the second day without us even having to ask. They also gave me a free poncho (as I had forgotten my rain coat) and even offered to drive us to Niagara Falls, since we couldn't bike there anymore. Such a personal and friendly rental company. And the bikes were great, too. I appreciated the baskets on the front and the bike locks and helmets provided. Would definitely recommend!

We went on a wine bike tour yesterday morning Kevin M was our tour guide. Kevin was super knowledgeable about everything and made sure everyone was comfortable with the bikes and the trail we took. This is the second bike wine tour I have done with Grape Escape and look forward to booking another one in the near future. Thanks you guys were awesome!

This bicycle rental place is conveniently located close to many wineries. We rented bicycles to tour the wineries on our own. There were Small, Medium, and Large bicycles to choose from and we were also provided with a basket and a tiny card-sized map with a code to the lock. The check-in process was quick. It took us less than five minutes to get going. Don’t forget to put sunscreen on and bring water. Also, keep in mind that NOT all roads in the area have bicycle lane, namely East and West Line.

Literally had one of the best days ever. A friend and I rented bicycles and did the tour. The weather was just PERFECT and the wine even better. We visited 3 small family owned vineyards and it was great. June was out your guide and again, also great. Well worth every penny and some!

Super nice service and very uncomplicated. Took is like 5 minutes to get the bikes and the staff gave us some great advice for locations on our route. Definitely recommended!

Awesome tour with Margie! We did the full day bicycle experience and this tour hits everything you need to know between pairing to visiting a vinyard with plenty of food and wine. I recommend to anyone who wants to blend easy exercises with a great view with discovering the wineries. I will deff do again
