Extremely thankful that I found such a caring and amazing Doctor to taking care of me last several years.

Best gastrointerologist anyone can ever deal with. He has saved me and I wouldn't be where I am today without him. He's always doing what he can to keep me on my feet as he wants to see me strive for success as I battle the chronic conditions I have. I hope to have him as my specialist for many years to come.

My father was diagnosed with an infection and took the test two weeks ago and had to wait until the clinic opened back up since they were on vacation". He calls only to find out that they haven't processed any of the test and has to wait another week. This is ridiculous I feel for the other patients that are suffering alongside my dad."

Referred here by Coverhealth doctor after multiple procedures. Did my own footwork to gather medical documents from those procedures to send here, which I realize is partly Coverhealth's shortfall for not sending it. Then get told that they won't scope me because I have prior scopes elsewhere, and that if I wasn't happy I could get scoped at the same place again. My advice would be to keep your business elsewhere if you can.Pat was quite helpful, at least.

2008 family doctor send my mom to be seen by Dr ford for she can not swallow food, Dr ford did not bother to look inside rather he said she is fine nothing wrong with her, few months later when her condition worsened I took her to the hospital and she did the endoscopy by Dr. Ford and he come to tell me that she has cancer and will die in max 3 months, when I confronted him politely he denied with aggression, I was new in Canada and I felt the racism in even the so called Doctors, my mom cancer was treatable at the time I took her to him but later was all over her body, Dr David you are getting old now I guess that whatever bad decision you made in your life you will pay the price before you leave this world! God love all Human no matter the race , ethic or colour of your skin , it was not a mistake you did that for a purpose her name and record you have them see for yourself.

My dad was booked for scope by dr david..3 days later after appointment booking (more than a week before the appointment day)I called to cancel the appointment because my father changed his mind. To my surprise, the receptionist got offended. She asked me why he booked in the first place. And that its already been scheduled in the hospital..Then after cancelling apointment hung up phone on me.I called again to let her know it was rude of her..she hung up again.Still wondering why she got so upset cancelli g apointment.was the doctor in need of patients?Which world is this doctor's receptionist living in,who does not respect patient's comfort and autonomy.

Reception seems to not care about patient concerns and does not answer concerns in a effective manner. I hope the doctor has a better perspective on how to treat patients as we were only wondering very basic instructions for medications.
