After googling hair salons in Windsor I finally came across this salon and went the following early morning to this location.First off amazing hairstylists, place is very beautiful & clean. I went in to get a sew in with a front leave out with the bundles I already had. The hairstylist that did my hair definitely new what she was doing. She also cut and layered my hair. There’s also some other girl that dose hair braiding if you need. I definitely give this place a 5 ⭐️ & would recommend you call and book your hair appointment.

Been going for over ten years, wheather its for a cut, colour, perm, braids name. Audia and her staff are wonderful. I cannot trust anyone else with my hair (except my mom on occassions).

I called this salon to find out about the hair that they sell... the person on the phone barely answered my question or gave me any information so I decided to go into the salon and check for myself ( thinking the person on the phone was a minor or someone with limited knowledge on the available products). When I entered I went to the counter and had a look but no prices were listed... I processed to ask the women working what the prices were. I then realized the person on the phone was no one other than the owner!!!??!! She rudely with an attitude told me she would give me prices after she finished trimming someone’s hair? And told me to have a seat. This place gets a zero for customer service! I told her not to worry about it, I would not be supporting her business!! When you are going to spend hundreds of dollars on extensions, a smile and niceness is the least you expect... and having someone wait as if telling them prices is a bother!! Isn’t the right way to run ANY business!

Excellent and professional service. The braider who did was my hair was very polite and friendly. The environment was clean and welcoming.I was getting a full head of box braids, which is a lengthy process and the woman who braided my hair was patient and did an exceptional job.I would recommend this place for anyone looking for weaves, braids or any other hair services.All the customers who came in for other services while I was getting my hair braided, already had a rapport with the other stylist. Everyone was so nice and friendly. It really made the whole experience warm and personable.

The ladies are so friendly. Rachel is just so sweet and helpful. My hair looks wonderful and the color is just right. Finally found a black hairstylist in Windsor that knows how to work with my hair. Check them out.
