My bike crank arm’s thread is damaged and the pedal fall off due to poor installation from Giant dealer. Danielle spend a lot of time to salvage a right size bike crank arm from her friends, and spray paint it to match my bike color. Now it looks almost new. BTW, she didn’t charge me for spray painting. Excellent service!

Called Daniella, brought the BMX bike to her and half an hour later I walked away with a fixed bike as a happy customer. She was very good with what she was doing at a very reasonable price, and she also taught me quite a few things about how not to break the bike and what needed to be done. Very pleasant experience with her today and will definitely see her again if I need to fix another bike.

This is a family-run business. Danielle and her mum are experts. We thought our daughters' bike front tire needs to be replaced. But they found out we did not pump correctly. Honest and Transparent! Will go back again! Thank you!

My son's bike had a flat tire. I brought it Bike Medic to service. The technician Daniella was very nice and fix the tire quickly and also found the rear wheel's ball-bearing issue. I thought this type of issue would take longer time. However, She was able to fix it in short time. She charged in very reasonable price after done. Thanks Daniella!

Brought my bike in to get a flat tire fixed and a tube-up. Service was quick and was Daniela was very accommodating, allowing my to bring my bike in and was serviced on the spot within 30 minutes. Honest service and fairly priced! All I can ask for

Hello I want to thank the lady who replaced my bottom bracket however I would of given her company 5star but I was too short on money during pandemic in 2021, the replacement costs was too high for my junk $60 bike and I spent $95Over all she is fantastic and amazing, she fix my bike same day for few hours or so, she also offered me glass of water to stay cool in hot sunny day.I want to thank her for treating me the best

After assessment of the repair she went ahead and did extra work on it without consulting me first. Knowing that I did not Want to spend more than what we had discussed. Not giving me the option to refuse. It's not for the money even though in my eyes that bike was not worth it,it was not calling me and giving me the option assuming I had to pay if she did the work. Not very professional and will not go back again.
