Habitual Sports

When in looking around for 2 bikes and the sales staff didn't even acknowledge us. We looked around for 5 mins and left. She finally came over to us as we walked out the door and asked if we needed help. No thanks couldn't ask when we first came in so don't bother trying now. I like supporting local businesses but if this is the best service they can give I take my money to Edmonton.** I also add there was nobody else in the store at the time we walked in.

The owner is very choosy on who he actually wants to help. I went in around February last year to order new breaks for my downhill rig. That was a $500 order. Came back in April and got the We'll look into it soon" speil. Again

The regular prices at this store are very inflated... but they do offer a lot of quality gear and they do have some nice sale options, the warranty work could be more customer friendly

I was the only costumer, it took all 5 staffs long time to help me, one of them was on the phone with a costumer and other were laughing at him!!! Also the store was extremely hot.

Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. Bought my new Giant Anthem this year along with other friends purchasing new bikes as well. Highly recommend this bike shop.Robert

Why would you have a bike store closed on Sundays. All of us in ft mac typically work. I would love to go shopping on a Sunday.

Purchased a bike from these guys at 5PM Saturday afternoon. I take the bike out for one ride that Sunday to find out the front fork shocks are leaking. I call down Monday morning at 10 AM to let them know the shocks where leaking and that I would be returning the bike. They said they'd take a look at it and let me know what they could do. I brought the bike down at 2:30 PM Monday and they tell me they have to reach out to their rep and the owner then they would get back to me. In the mean time, I ask for a price on another bike to purchase. They call me back and say they have sent an email to the rep but they don't know when they can get back to me; but offer me a deal on a new bike; knowing full well I'm experiencing issues with my current bike. I say thanks. I expect a call Tuesday as I have purchased a bike and had it for 24 hours and there's a defect in the manufacturer's part. No call at 1:00 PM. I call and ask for the owner and the response is I don't know when Mr. Washko will be here; sorry". I don't have an answer on your bike and I won't for atleast a week. I just purchased this bike and you're telling me I can't have any help for a week? Then the response was "Well we did offer you a great deal on the new bike." If you can't give decent customer service

A bike store closed on the weekend wow.About to go drop a grand or so on bikes for the fam jam and they are closed there for losing my business as I'm going else where now.Unlivable.Also the few times I have been here the staff is clueless on there invatory and or sales.I bought rims from there before needed a new front for my down hill bike and even brought my bike in to show them my rear wheel that was still good just needed a match cause the front was totalled. And they didnt have a clue what the rik was even though I purchased them from them less then a month prior to the last visit this happened.Not a fan of sports check rather a bike store but this place is a joke go to sports check or drive to Edmonton.

This is the shop you want for your bike needs. Much better and more knowledgeable staff here than the other big box store we have. Great staff, helpful.

Habitual sports is an amazing store! I've been there a couple times and I recommend that store for bikes! They will always have someone to help you with what ever you're needed, from complete bikes to bars and pegs, they'll find it!
