Onside Restoration is a beautiful company that truly aims for thr customers full satisfaction. They take priority in keeping the property as clean as possible as they do the job as well as after its complete. From what I've experienced with them they don't care about money as much as having the job done perfectly

After extensive water damage Intac Insurance sent Kyle and Libby from On Side Restoration to look after the repairs. We were impressed with Kyle's and Libby's professionalism, friendliness, care and response to our needs to get our home back. All sub trades they ordered to do the necessary work exceeded our expectations. A schedule was set up and the time frame for the repairs was met. All trades people were friendly, reliable and trustworthy. This was so appreciated under the for us stressful times. Thank you for a job well done.

Having a flood in your home is a big headache , but when you have a great contractor to explain everything to you and guide you through the whole proces, it makes it much easier and less stressful. Thank you Jeremy Hutton! You did a great job!

We suffered a small fire with water damage in our kitchen/living room/main floor,. A few minutes after I filed the claim with the insurer, On Side called to set up the appointments. Of course delays with COVID lockdowns were beyond everyone's control but once we had the go ahead, things happened very quickly.All of the crews were amazing - we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to handle this job. From Justin setting up the project to the final clean up crew and everyone in between, all tasks were completed quickly and efficiently with very little disruption. Everyone was polite, courteous and highly skilled at their trades. The quality of work exceed our expectations. Very happy with the overall results! Will definitely recommend On Side to our friends and co-workers, and we plan to call back some of their sub contractors for other home reno projects

I want to thank David Sully and the onside team for their exceptional service in helping deal with my flooding issues - they were efficient - David went beyond the call of duty to help and was incredible with communication - I would highly recommend to anyone in a jam or anyone that needs work done.

We paid the amount to the site on February 18,2022 and sent confirmation to Simon, but now their collection came back to us and mentioned that we didn’t pay the invoice. Their service is pathetic. I do not have time again and again to show them the amount I paid. I have just emailed to their collection the proof of amount and statement. I feel these people are a scam and want to get the double money from my pocket.

Roland and Michael are amazing employees and we loved having them in our home despite COVID. They were happy, proficient, and great communicators. They were both accommodating, respectful, and creative with how they approached the work that we required to have done in our home. A special shout out to Tara who ensured that schedules were in order and everyone knew what was going on. Our place got put back together quickly and I will recommend that others also use On Side's services. Thank you for assisting our family during our time of need!

We had a flood and this was attended to by On Side Restoration. We were quite impressed with the response time which was immediate. Vijay and his team of Kesta and Daren were super exceptional. They stayed all night to dry out the basement and get the fans and dehumidifiers going. They were very friendly, professional and most importantly, they left the place clean and tidied up. We felt very comfortable with them, and indeed, On Side is a company we would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Wonderful, kind, and professional people, who dealt with the situation and damage control immediately. It was so nice leaving everything up to On Side from start to finish to look after the clean-up, moving of items, removing damaged items completely, repairing, and moving everything back into place. We had a leak back in January from a pipe in the basementAt first John responded the same day and they set up a clean up crew which did a pretty good job. But after that communication was 0 zip nothing. I think I called and texted and emailed 15 times over a few months just asking for an update, and never ONCE got a response. Only until I called my adjuster did they call me back. My main concern was mold, I just wanted to know if it was checked and I don’t think it ever was. It took months to even get an estimateBrutal service, would never recommend them to anyone.They just seem to want to make some money off the crew they outsource for cleaning up and go onto the next jobFind a reputable company, not these guys
