Holiday Inn Hinton, an IHG Hotel

We booked a room during May long weekend. The price was hiked up to 200.05 plus tax but it's a long weekend and it is what it is. If I would of booked same day instead of using their website it was 148.00. the restaurant food was not the best. And the staff wasn't overly friendly. And the rooms seemed small and dated definitely could of got a way better hotel for 200. A night

I have worked here myself, the staff don’t like to do their job unless it’s half done. The receptionists are the most unwelcoming people to step foot in that building. No one there is treated with respect or kindness, including guests. you may get lucky and get a room that was actually cleaned by one of our housekeepers, but no one their really does their work, this place exists to ruin peoples mental health sadly.the entire staff complains as well.If the staff don’t recommend it, I really don’t think you’ll enjoy your stay.

I like staying at this hotel when traveling through the area. The staff is always welcoming and rooms are clean. Older hotel but well maintained. Last I stayed they were doing renovations so I am excited to stay in a newly renovated room next time :)
