Dave C and Aire One were awesome to work with! I had scheduled a maintenance for my furnace which Dave quickly found to be leaking carbon monoxide and may have been for a while. He explained how and why the leak occurred, and answered the other questions/concerns I had with my existing furnace. Dave first ensured my home was safe to stay in and then helped me get in touch with Austin, who arranged to have a furnace installation the very next day since I’d be without heat! Both Dave and Austin demonstrated their knowledge and helped ease the process, answering all my questions throughout.It was my first time working with Aire One, Dave C and Austin, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. I’m looking forward to my new furnace/AC equipment installation and I’m glad to have met these individuals!Update (post-installation): Another great demonstration of the culture Aire One KW has - Mack and Owen came on time and began my new furnace+AC installation immediately, communicating with me throughout the entire process while also asking me various questions to make sure the installation was up to code and up to my expectations! They even went above and beyond by helping me fix a bunch of issues such as moving my dryer vent, old intake/exhaust work and clean-up of some plumbing related to the old furnace installation.I've spoken to a few friends who have had similar furnace+AC installations from other vendors and they've all given me positive feedback that Aire One and their technicians did a phenomenal job.Thanks for everything!

REVISEDWhile the installation was great, I am disappointed with the sales and service. It took a week for me to access my documents due to a typo that took many calls and emails to resolve.I am also very unhappy that I was never told that the efficiency assessment was a separate appointment that I am expected to pay for and handle when I was explicitly told multiple times it would be taken care of, including the rebates, which was my reason for selecting this company over others.I feel lied to and taken advantage of and do not recommend this company. They tell you everything you want to hear during the sales process but do not deliver. Please do not respond to this comments and tell me to contact customer service, I have.--I just had Liam and Davor install a new heat pump and I cannot imagine a better experience. Timely and efficient and possibly more knowledgeable than necessary! I have had many trades people in my home for various repairs/installs and there is no one better. Kind, respectful, concerned about my home, complete tidy up that left my home tidier than they found it. Full walk through of all components with tips to maximize my purchase. They even reviewed my existing systems to ensure that we are good to go.

Super happy with our experience with AireOne. We required a new heating and AC installation on a Saturday, and Bill & Pat were amazing. They arrived on time, were super thorough and did an excellent job.They clearly walked through everything that they did and were professional throughout. Cannot recommend them enough.Thank you.

Aire One was fantastic . From the beginning they were professional and came through with what they promised. Andy, Evert and Nash were amazing for the installation day. They were on time and did an amazing job explaining the process every step of the way. My mom doesn’t speak English that well but they took the time to explain everything to her. My parents will be recommending Aire One to our family and friends.

We called AireOne to repair/replace our AC/furnace. They were out to see us same day. They explained very clearly what the issue was with our current system and what our options were. They made it so easy for us to switch to a heat pump and arranged for the government energy audit for us for the next day. One day later the installation crew was here and they did a great job. They were friendly, tidy and helped me get our new thermostat set up. A+ team of Andy, Evert and Nash

Big shout out to Tes and Eric, very professional guys who were focused on delivering a quality outcome. Kept us informed of the installation progress throughout. Very happy with the clean install, would highly recommend Aire One and there HVAC engineers for future work.

Called on a weekend when our A/C stopped working. They sent someone over within hours. He was very knowledgeable and went through all the options for us. Our unit was super old and it made sense for us to get an upgrade with the climate incentive. They took care of everything and had it installed within days. The install went so smooth and looked amazing! So happy with everything and love that they take care of the incentive reimbursement and the payment plan as well. Overall great service! Eric from Aire One was great. It was a hot day today and he redirected a vent from our furnace that needed to move to accommodate a deck that is being put on. He was thorough and very friendly and explained every step of the process. The venting looks great! I had needed filters and he was kind enough to bring them out to the appointment so I didn't have to pop in the store to grab them.

The HVAC system in our house needed replacing and after conducting some “online review diligence”, along with comparing competitive quotes, we landed on Aire One Heating & Cooling. Their Technical Consultant, Adam, provided a few options for us to consider and we ultimately chose a Carrier Infinity System with a Heat Pump. Adam patiently worked with us, answering our many questions and requests.The install team of three was led by Andy, who was well organized and adapted very well in offering solutions to a few installation challenges that came his way (no install isn’t without a bump or two). Andy was supported by two capable individuals: Matthew (so polite) and Preet (very experienced). I have a manufacturing background, so I was impressed to see that Andy ensured his team followed the necessary safety protocols…no shortcuts. The crew installed our system in an efficient and professional manner. Great work guys!My wife and I highly recommend Aire One Heating & Cooling on Victoria Street, Kitchener.

The install team was very professional, clean and efficient. Explained all the details and operation of the equipment thoroughly and with great detail. Overall it was a great experience. My installers were Andy, Everton and Nash.Only issue I’ve had is receiving response to emails regarding my grant application/information. Other than that it’s been a great experience and would recommend Aire one.
