Amazing!!! I came across this place after I missed my regular groomers appt because of travel, and I desperately needed a groomer that week so I called Bark Avenue and they fit me into their tight schedule and made it happen for me that same week! The quality of cut, service, speed - everything was AMAZING. I will definitely be returning here and quite possibly even changing groomers permanently

They always take good care of our pooch’s . Love how they really follow your instructions and I’ve called in a few times for a last minute appointment and they always try to squeeze the pups in if they can.

Bad customer service-very rude. They called me to pick up my dog and when arrived I was left standing at the door for 10 mins. I did ring for service but maybe they were to busy. When they eventually did come to the door. She asked me what I wanted. No... Sorry for keeping you waiting. This is why I stopped going there in the first place. Mind you I would still give them 5 stars for the groom. No issues there. Work on your customer service!

I had been to 3-4 different groomers with no success. Bark Avenue Spaw did what the others couldn't. They groomed my pup and he looks amazing! We'll never go anywhere else. Thank you

Our got to groomer for the last two years since we moved to Brampton. They take such good care of our boy and he comes back looking amazing! They are prompt and very reasonable. They always send him how with seasonal bandanas as well!!!Thank you for taking such good care of Theo!!

Leaving a 1 star review for the service. The actual haircuts are good. But the ladies at the front have terrible attitudes. Won’t be returning for that reason.

Brought our GG here for the second time and is quite happy with the way they groomed and handle our dog with love.Service was fast and efficient. Staff was very customer service friendly. If you're looking for a AWESOME groomer look no further.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience and am very upset and disappointed to what they did to my dog. I simply gave them clear instructions on where to lightly trim him and the lady at the front kept saying yeah yeah yeah" and continued to dismiss me without actually hearing me out. As a result after telling the lady to trim his hair lightly around his face

Exceptional groomers! I highly recommend this shop!Our groomer of two years stopped grooming and we were in need of a new one. I noticed that this shop had excellent reviews so we thought we would give it a try. We were so happy and so impressed.We were greeted by Gleice who was very kind, friendly and patient with all our requests. When we picked up our dog Simba we were just thrilled. They did exactly what we asked and he looked amazing! We instantly booked our next appointment.We have found our new groomer and we are so happy!Thank you so much to the entire Bark Avenue team. We look forward to seeing you again in six weeks!
