Overall an awesome experience - Raman answered all of our emails (even on weekends) and helped us through the entire process. I thought this would be the most stressful part of the renovation but Island Countertops made it the easiest. Installers were very efficient, arrived on time and left the place clean, all while doing an excellent job.Price point was excellent and the service even better. Would highly recommend!

Raman was very responsive and answered my multitude of questions in a timely manner. Process involved a quote based on my dimensions and stone choice. 50% deposit due at formal measurements. Was able to schedule a time for installation. Installers worked with care and attention to detail. Cabinets were not level so they had to shim the difference. Very impressed. Removal of existing counters and plumbing are separate costs but it was still half what Costco's full service contractor quoted me. Note Island Countertops offers range of materials whereas Costco only deals with North American brands.

Me and my husband did a home renovation and started with just the three bathrooms which ended up being the stairs, entry , paint new rug and a whole bunch more. But the customer service and punctuality I received from island counters was by far the best out of all the trades I was dealing with.Raman and his team are amazingly professional, on time and on top of their schedule. They showed up when they were suppose to got the job done perfect so there was no need for a second visit.I’ll be doing my kitchen soon and will definitely be using their services again.

Raman was very professional and diligent. When we noticed some subtle marks on the stone (from the manufacturer, not installation) he was incredibly responsive, coming to inspect the issue and follow up with several solutions. In the end, he arranged a specialist to visit our place and fix the issue. The counter is immaculate now and we are very happy with the work and the customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Raman to anyone looking for counter installations.

Island Countertops was amazing! In addition to an amazing product, their team of management and installers were great. The price point was the best out there. They were very thorough in the setup and clean up process. Additionally, they took time to educate me on what I needed to do going forward which for me is very helpful. I will definitely be back to use them again in the future when I redo our bathrooms.

Raman and his team at Island Countertops did a fantastic job. They did our kitchen and bathroom countertops. They were professional, organized, considerate and completed the project quickly. Raman was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with our new countertops!! I would highly recommend them!!

The whole experience was very smooth. Raman was very quick to answer any questions, they were very reasonable priced and were able to install very quickly after ordering. Their installers were friendly, followed all COVID guidelines, and did a phenomenal job. This considering we had very uneven walls and a hand crafted sink that wasn’t symmetrical. The overall product looks amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know.
